Twitch is a tool for picking the leaves of plants such as lavender and rosemary, whose leaves are small and usually not pulled out individually. This little tool lets you pick leaves of entire branch in one go.

Upon receipt in hand, one wing is bent by the index finger and the second one by the remaining fingers. The plant's branch is fixed between the two wings by this bending allowing you to move Twitch up the stem collecting the twitched ballots in the palm of your hand.
